He is survived by: his wife María; his children, Maribel Bolton (Mike Bolton), Gabriel Gutiérrez (Kristin Gutiérrez) and Ana María Pérez (Mike Pérez); and his grandchildren, Allyson Acosta, Adrian Alba, Diego Gutiérrez and Maya Gutiérrez.
