She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ellen Brown (Haggard) and Carroll Franklin Brown; and her sister Judy Root. She is survived by: her husband John Russell Hodges; her children, Michael Hodges (Lynne), David Hodges (Rebecca), Joyce Medeiros (Luciano), Jeffrey and Donna Hodges (Mike Beatty); and her siblings, Carrie Sampson (Lynn) and Gary Brown. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 1 expected great-grandchild; along with several nieces and nephews.
