She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Patrick Swanson and Susan Jane Swanson; her husband Dr. David Reikowski; her children, Elizabeth Duncan (Blake), Matthew Reikowski (Celeste Card) and Peter Reikowski (Lauren Brigham); and her sister Dr. Christina Swanson (Tina).
The family has requested that memorial contributions may be made to the Patty Swanson Endowed Scholarship at San José State University. Gifts should be made payable to the SJSU Tower Foundation and mailed to.
