It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Madison Eastman of Hollister, California, born in Laguna Hills, California, who passed away on October 22, 2021, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Michael Eastman and Colleen Eastman; her sister Caeti Eastman; her grandparents, Sanford and Nancy Justus; and her close friend Amanda Schlegel. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

In 2002, she started Cancer Kids Foundation, a non-profit that raised money for families of kids with cancer.
