He was predeceased by: his parents, Elisha L. Morgan and Jessie E. Rowell of Seattle; and his son Jeffrey Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Raquel M. Morgan; his daughters, Jennifer Lind and Janice Morgan; and his stepchildren, Rosa Shoop-Hunter, Maria Babb, Donna Marie Lee, Jose Martinez and Juan Martinez. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
