He was predeceased by: his parents, Guadalupe Berlanga and Francisco Berlanga; his brothers, Jesus Berlanga and Adolfo Berlanga; and his granddaughter Alyssa Vargas.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Vargas (Eduardo), Victoria Berlanga, Christina Berlanga (Sonia) and Amanda Torres (Richard); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Eddie Jr., Jocelyn, Destiny of Denae, DJ, Marissa, Alex, Nate and Nevaeh; and his great grandchildren, EJ, Ricky, Ethan and Devin. He is also survived by his 7 brothers and sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
