It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Lewis (Hollister, California), born in Eureka, California, who passed away on January 19, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Nicoara; his brother Ralph Lewis; and his parents, Theo Lewis and Hilma Lewis. He is survived by: his sons, Tim Lewis (Helen) and David Lewis (Saskia) of Nashville, TN.; his stepchildren, Joe Nicoara (Carol) of Montclair, CA, Jamie Nicoara, Peter Nicoara of Paradise, CA and Anne Marie Borbely-Bartis of Morgantown, WV.; his grandchildren, Shannon, Brahms, Miriam of Julianna, DJ, Taylor, Nick, Kalani, Tria, Ben, Allen and Shelley; and his friends, Morgan Hill and Hollister.
