He is survived by: his wife Kate (Kate); his son Cole; his daughter-in-law Nicole Berggren; his granddaughter Mena; his siblings, Andrea Brandt and Ralph Q. Mayhorn; his siblings-in-law, Lynn Grimes and Michael Hutchinson; and his nieces, Summer Talent and Erin Sloan.
