It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elwood Wilmar Dryden (Hollister, California), who passed away on April 20, 2024, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Dryden and Hallie Dryden. He is survived by: his significant other Catherine; his children, Barbara Villescas (Paul), Diane Schmidt (Ted) and David Dryden (Kim); and his grandchildren, Chad Hayden, Chris Hayden (Kristie), Dan Dryden (Sarah), Greg Dryden (Jayme), Jenna Keller (Ben), Blake Schmidt and Kate Barry (Raph).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Elwood's name to the Central Coast Visiting Nurses Association and Hospice, ccvna.com/donate.
