He was predeceased by: his wife Amelia Castillo; and his daughter Susie Palafox. He is survived by: his children, Esther Chavez, Arturo, Ernie Castillo, Debbie, Nancy Leon, Stevie Castillo, Carol, Tom Castillo, Brenda, Cathy Zarazua and Johnathon; his husband Mickie Luna of Hollister; and also Vince of Hollister. He is also survived by 18 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
