He was predeceased by: his daughter Holly; his parents, Homer Price and Ruby Price; his brother Harvey; and his brother-in-law Bobby Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Terry; his children, Brett, Shawn and Shelly Manning; his grandchildren, Holly, Braden, Brandi, Baileigh, Meagan and Ryan; his great grandchild Miley; his sister Carolyn Smith of Six Mile; his sister-in-law Norma Price of Tres Pinos, His; his niece Jeanette Maroney (Kerry); his nephews, Gary Price and Duane Smith of South Carolina; and his siblings-in-law, David F. Martin (Robin) and Mary Ellen Martin.
