He is survived by: his children, Pamella Butler (Jason) of Hollister, Chip McDonnal of Jacksonville, FL, Renee Kellogg of Austin, TX, Jeff Kellogg of Alameda, CA, Jacob McDonnal of Gelendale, AZ, Deanna Kellogg Wilk of Chico, CA and Ashley Butler of Mesa, AZ. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren and his nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
