He is survived by: his wife Angie Talavera; his children, Kathy Talavera, David Talavera Jr. (Sasha), Barbara Thompson (Danny), Maya Talavera, Derek Talavera and Marria Talavera; and his sisters, Cruz Arballo (Augie), Angie Miranda and Diane Miranda.
