He was predeceased by: his mother Margie Alvarez; and his grandparents, Felicitas and Madriano. He is survived by: his children, Alyssa, Daniel Jr., Alexis and Anthony; his grandchildren, Ava Rose and Agustin; his brother Andrew (Erika); his nieces and nephews, Damian, Natalie and Adalynn; his father Daniel (Mary); his siblings, Cori and Tess; his grandparents, Daniel and Arminta; his uncle Larry Alvarez; and his aunt Alicia. He is also survived by his loving uncles, aunts and many cousins and friends.
