It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clare Nyland of Hollister, California, who passed away on September 15, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice McCullough and Frank Schwartz; her sisters, Mary Alice Tanner, Helen McNight and Barbara Todd; and her daughter-in-law Helen Vassalo Nyland.
She is survived by: her children, Peter Nyland Jr. (Chuck), Nancy Tupuivao (Rowen), Barbara Boyd (Earl), Monica LePiane (Jim) and Paula Nyland; her grandchildren, Patrick Nyland, Elizabeth Quick, Todd, Leah Tupuivao, Cory, Lauren Boyd, Colleen Perea, Erin Ayhens, Travis LePiane, Summer Chance and Briana Bushkin; and her great grandchildren, Brodie Aispuro, Jack Nyland of Clare Quick, AJ, Marley, Luke Tupuivao, Lily Jo Tobin, Connor LePiane, Aaron Morgan, Shiloh Ayhens and Jagger Bushkin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
