He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris A. Soto and Ruby Regalado; and his brothers, Manuel Soto and Robert Soto. He is survived by: his wife Mercedes; his children, Olympia Soto, Christina M Soto, Marta Benavidez and Chris Soto III; his grandchildren, Jazmin Soto of Chris Soto, IV, Lyli Soto, Marissa Benavidez and Benjamin Benavidez; and his siblings, Dolores Hernandez, Frances Mendez, Linda Rodarte, Michael Regalado, José Luis Regalado, Peter Regalado, Phillip Regalado and Alfred Regalado. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
