Howe (Hollister, California), born in Washington, District of Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 26, 2024 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Howe and Dorothy Howe; and his brother Allan Howe. He is survived by: his wife Donna Guerra Howe; his daughter Christine Howe; his sister Marcia Howe Adams (Ted); and his sister-in-law Jeanne Howe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
