He is survived by: his children, Amber Lee Diaz Botelho (Brian Botelho), Damien Christopher Diaz (Liz Diaz), Joshua Keith Diaz (Lacey Diaz) and David Samuel Diaz; his grandchildren, Damien Botelho, Barbara Jayda Botelho, Isabela Botelho, Audyn Diaz, Donovan Diaz, Oakley Diaz, Berkley Diaz, Hartley Diaz and Avery Diaz; and his siblings, Alice Haro, Abbie Diaz, Larry Diaz and Diane Diaz Hopkins. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, uncles, aunts, in-laws and friends.
