She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Mensink and Doris Mensink; and her siblings, Curtis and Yvonne. She is survived by: her husband Eugene E. Cook; her children, Michael Cook (Lorraine), Karen Ahmari (Khalil), Mary Zuchowski (Paul), Debra Cook and John Cook (Carol); her grandchildren, Stephen (Erin), Jacob (Jessica), Cameron (Allison), Jonathan, Amir (Megan), Jordan, Sarah, Justin, Irene and Abigail; and her great grandchildren, Colin and Katie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws and lifelong friends.
