He is survived by: his significant other Julia; his children, Joe Jr. (Jayme), James (Kim), John, Jeff and Jackie (Geno); and his siblings, Roy Dean, George, Tom Turner, Mary Banis, Wanda Terrell and Ailene Stapleton. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
