He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Watkins and Wilma Watkins; his brother Bobby Watkins; and his grandson-in-law Robbie Merrifield. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Watkins; his daughters, Tracy Watkins-Pombo (Stacy) and Tawnya Baptista (Darin); his great grandchildren, Liam Adams, Ryder Merrifield, Phoebe, Maverick Silveira and TJ Garcia; and his sister Nancy Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
