He was predeceased by: his siblings, Patsy Jr., Ricky Jr., Larry Jr. and Orson Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Tarrah, Richard, Pam, Christle and Matthew; and his siblings, Dolores, Darla, Doug, Randy, Gary, Bonnie, Carolyn and Donnie. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
