It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia L. Cogdill of Highland, California, born in Ventura, California, who passed away on November 21, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Fullingim and Lucille Fullingim; her brother Russell Everett Fullingim; her husbands, Murphy Waldo Walker and William Franklin (Bill); and her son-in-law Mark Norman.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debby Walker-Johnson (Sam) of Marana, Arizona and Denise Norman of Torrance, California; her granddaughters, Shannen Norman and Stephanie Norman; her great grandchild Hudson Gilmor; and her nephews, Russell II Fullingim (Smokey) and Alexander Fullingim (Alex) of Red Bluff, California..
