It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Swan Elizabeth Carmean of Highland, California, who passed away on July 17, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Foster and Josie Foster; her sister Erma; and her son Daniel. She is survived by: her husband Bill Carmean; her sisters, Mary and Kathy; and her daughters, Rhonda and Annette. She is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and an extended family.

She enjoyed serving the Lord, attending church, knitting hats for charity and watching her great-grandchildren grow.
