He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard S. and Dorothea L. Cutler, Sr.; and his wife Betty Birks. He is survived by: his children, Richard Cutler, III (Louise) of Fort Collins, CO and Catherine Wegner (Paul) of Highland, CA; and his grandsons, Anthony Gipson, Phillip, Timothy Cutler, Matthew and Scott Wegner.
