Smith; his wife Judy Fosdick; his children, Cyndi Saldana and Craig Fosdick; his children-in-law, Renee Fosdick and Jason Saldana; his grandchildren, Kegan Fosdick, Emilie Fosdick and Jacob Saldana; his siblings, Dennis Fosdick and Linda Lee; and his nephews, Scott and Tim Miller.
