We bid farewell to Gilbert Manzano of Highland, California, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 26, 2025 at the age of 78. Gilbert touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Manzano and Trinidad Manzano; and his sisters, Antonia Rodriguez, Dionisia Gutierrez and Natividad Lopez.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Manzano; his sons, Gilbert Manzano (Tim) and Paul Manzano (Michelle); his stepchildren, Milo Alcala, David Jacobo, Lisa and Rene Jacobo; his sisters, Andrea "Nena" Velarde and Jennie Olivarez; his grandson Anthony Manzano; and his great grandchildren, Mia and Aubree Manzano. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Emmerson-Bartlett Memorial Chapel (703 Brookside Ave, Redlands, CA 92373). A reception was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the American Legion Post 650 (1532 Church St, Redlands, CA 92374).
