He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Jerri" Malady; his children, Dianna, Steven and Jeff Adkins; his grandchildren, Daniel Adkins, Catherine Moore, Danika Adkins, Marla Cyree and Ty Paulsen; and his great grandchildren, Aliyah Moore, Eva Misclevitz and Sophia Paulsen.
