We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2020, at the age of 84, Beverly Irene Phillips (Highland, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Siebert and Helen Siebert; her husband Bobby Phillips; her brothers, Duke, Jayar and Jerry Siebert; and her daughter Robyn Bliven.

She is survived by: her siblings, Arthur, Raymond and Melodee; and her children, Debby, Tammy, Deborah Marshall, Tamara Phillips, Bobby Phillips (Linda), Mark Phillips (Sharon) and Melodee Franklin (Ted). She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, her friends.
