He was predeceased by: his parents, Camilo Galindo and Petra Garcia; his wife Rachel; his children, Ralph and Silvia; and his son-in-law Reyes.
He is survived by: his sister Engracia Galindo; and his children, Petra Galindo (Pegi), Ruben Jr. (Angela Galindo), Rudy (Nadine Galindo), Raquel (Manuel Juarez) and Gina Munoz. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
