It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria Marchant Mann (Hermosa Beach, California), born in Berkeley, California, who passed away on August 31, 2018, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Hershell "Bud" Mann; her sisters, Ruth Marchant Wallace and Jeane Marchant Jones; her children, Virginia Moreno, John Mann, Victoria Weber, Thenell Hanggi, Hershell Mann and Frank Mann; her nephews, Reece Lewis and John Ralph Mann; and her grandparents, Thomas Marchant of Ohio and Anne Victoria Marchant of Ohio. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
