He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Small of Hampton, Andrea Walker (Chris) of Rodeo, California and Devon Small of Fair Oaks, California.; his grandchildren, Braydon, Ryan and Jaxson Walker; his sister Elaine Lentz (Bob); and his former wife Patricia Small. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
