He is survived by: his wife Sandy Chastain of Hercules, CA.; his son Thomas Duane Jr.; his daughter-in-law Jane Chastain of Sacramento, CA.; his daughter Lynn; and his sons-in-law, Tom Adams and Joe Crippen of Hercules, CA.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, 1 godson and various nieces and nephews.
