He is survived by: his parents, Dave Rutter and Kathy Rutter; his wife Lacey; his children, Jack and Lyla; his sister Laurie Rutter; his parents-in-law, Lance and Brenda Newhall; and his brother-in-law Trent Newhall.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations in Allan's honor to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
