She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Eugene Almeida and Pauline Almeida (Rios). She is survived by: her husband Henry Banasiak; her sister Nati Almeida (LuLu); and her children, Mario Martinez of El Monte, Toni Martinez Braun of Hemet, Coral Guerrero of Baldwin Park, Crystal Liao of Taiwan and Krysten Olmos of Arcadia. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
