He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia A Morgan (Toohey) and Charles A Morgan Sr.; his former wife Sandra L Nickel (Sandi); and his sisters, Barbara Cragg and Gail Reid.
He is survived by: his wife Renee Dugan; his children, Cheryl Kramer (Neil) and David Morgan (Sowmya Rao); his grandson Andrew Kramer; and his siblings-in-law, Jerome Cragg, Bill Reid (Dolly) and Mary Ellen Alton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
