He was predeceased by: his parents, Cesario Navarro and Maria Lina Jimenez Gomez; and his siblings, Maria, Joel, Mercedes, Luis, Ofelia, Jose Manuel, Ana Rosa, Jose Luis and Virginia Margarita.

He is survived by: his wife Margarita Navarro; his children, Luis Navarro, Margarita Romo, Arturo Navarro, Roberto Navarro and Eduardo Navarro; and his sister Bertha Navarro. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
