He is survived by: his wife Annette Roper of Helendale; his children, Kevin Neal (Nikole), Kimberly McKnight (Zane) and Jaimee White (Chris); his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Tyler, Skylee, Zackary, Brandon, Joel David, Jaydan, Kassandra, Matthew, CJ, Hudson William and Kayhliahna; his brother Jeffrey Roper (Frances) of Burley; his nephews, Sam Roper and Ben Roper; his niece Allison Roper; and his cousin Victoria Roper. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents James and Bette Roper. ***Due to Covid-19 no services are planned.
