We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2018, at the age of 79, Norma Singh Saikhon (Heber, California), born in Brawley, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sons, Scotty Saikhon and Adolph Rodriguez; and her granddaughter Ashley Rodriguez. She is survived by: her husbands, Feber Rodriguez and Richard Fragale; her sisters, Emma Jimenez (Conrad) and Lilia Santilan; and her children, Carl Rodriguez, Paul Rodriguez (Micki), Elsa Benedict and Susan Sipe (Alan).
