He is survived by: his siblings, Matthew Bhima Hogan, Joan Reinhart (Jim) and Laura Hogan (Noel Kurtz); his niece Melanie Kohler; his nephew Malachi Bray; his friend David Ruiz, Jr.; and also, Kurt Johnson and Lisa Surphlis.
