She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Giuliano; her son-in-law Anthony Giuliano; her son Donald "Duke" Chaves; her grandchildren, Alexis Chaves, AJ Giuliano, Cassandra Giuliano and Dominic Giuliano; and her great grandchildren, Angelo Ortiz and Aleena Ortiz.
