It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mitchell Tsao of Hayward, California, who passed away on September 14, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Kin Wah Ng; his daughter Tasha Tsao; and his sisters, Lily Liu and Sumati Colpitts.
