She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford L Sims Jr.; her sons, Stephen and Gregory Sims; her sister Virginia Testorff; and her granddaughter DeAnn DeSoto.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Martin and Cheryl Christiansen; and her sister Betty Ann Sears. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
