She is survived by: her children, Melisa, Jerome Jr., Marcie, Walter and Guillermo; her grandchildren, Kionasina, Polamalu, Salamasina, Ethan, Ryan, Sophia, Marcos, Josephine, Linda and Emma; her son Zachary Bartholomew; and her siblings, Milton and Lillian.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in our mother's name to the Mother Theresa Maternity Home, the Upper Room Dining Hall, in Placerville California.
