He was predeceased by: his parent John Chmielinski. He is survived by: his parent Marysia Chmielinski; and his siblings, Andrew of Celebration, Stephanie Chmielinski-Foley of Centennial, Hilary of Wareham, Christopher of Walpole and Peter of Byfield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
