“His mother Waneta was the daughter of Laura Mae Buell Blanchard and David E. Blanchard. Laura was the eldest daughter of Carletta and Henry Hathaway Buell. Everet would drive up from California for the Blanchard Reunion spending several days with Don and Nadine-his cousin-going down to Port Orford for a couple weeks where he grew up and then returning to their house for the Buell Reunion in August. Buell/Hinshaw reunions are held the 2nd Saturday every Aug in Polk County, OR.”
