He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Costa and Mary Enos; his former wife Ann; and his granddaughter Theresa Cannella Stinson. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Donald Costa Jr. (Kim) and Debra Cannella (John); his grandchildren, Jennifer Johnson, Michael Costa, Thomas Costa, Julianne Costa-Sha, Patrick Costa, Angela Roe and Toni Wickstrom; and his sister Delores Coelho. He is also survived by spouses; his 15 great-grandchildren.
The family asks that donations be made in Donald's honor to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
