He is survived by: his children, Andy Smith, Gloria Ann Flores, Estella Joy, Charles Torres Jr., Aurea Tanchoco, Roberta Torres and Donald Torres; and his siblings, Donald Toro and Irene Villegas. He is also survived by 77 grandchildren through great-great grandchildren.
