It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angela Amalia Cardana (Hayward, California), born in Porterville, California, who passed away on June 7, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Cardana-Gabrielson of Monterey and Jeanne Cardana of Oregon City; and her grandchildren, Eryn Schon-Brunner (Jeff), Kelly Schon (Aki), Chris Streeter and Liz Gonzalez (Phil).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in her honor be made to Housecall Provider's Hospice, (Portland, OR), the Bloom Project (TheBloomProject.org) or to your favorite charity.
