He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his daughters, Christina VanAlstine and Karen Dale; his sons-in-law, Lee VanAlstine and Blake Dale; his brother Gary Honey; and his grandchildren, Alexa, Madison, Kai, Bryn VanAlstine, Samuel Dale and Annabeth Dale. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
